00:00 The Sandigan Bayan sentenced Datu Andal Uy Ampatuan Jr. to imprisonment for more than 200 years.

00:09 This is in accordance with his refusal to own the gas station of the Contrata for the fuel supply of some road rehabilitation projects in Sharif Aguac in 2008.

00:19 The Contrata did not pass public bidding.

00:23 The Special Audit of the Commission on Audit also revealed that the gas station did not pay the contract and the road rehabilitation projects were not completed.

00:32 The court said that this resulted in an undue injury to the provincial government because the Pondo of the Bayan was paid for the fuel supply.

00:40 Aside from his imprisonment, Ampatuan was also fined P44.80 million pesos with a 6% interest per annum.

00:48 He was also disqualified from holding public office for the rest of his life.

00:53 The decision of the Sandigan Bayan came out alongside the 14th anniversary of the Maguindanao Massacre that took place that day.
