00:30 What's been done by EMAF to try and alleviate that situation, particularly with A&E?
00:35 We're in the middle of a recruitment campaign which will see just short of 200 new staff
00:41 join the organisation to support our frontline operations, but also working closely with the
00:46 systems to improve the processes, like the handover situation here at the QMC, to enable
00:52 to hand over patients in a much more timely fashion.
