00:00 Hi Pengfila, this is Pooja Gaur and welcome to What's in My Bag.
00:04 So, this is my current favourite bag as you can see.
00:10 It's very heavy and it's filled with a lot of things because I am one of those friends
00:16 or rather I am that friend who has pretty much everything that you will ever need in one bag.
00:23 I literally have this bag with me at all times and it has the world in it.
00:29 So, let's dive in.
00:30 Okay, so the first thing is of course a chotu wallet which has the basics.
00:39 Your money, your ID cards, your credit debit cards and I have the COVID vaccination certificate laminated.
00:48 I don't know why I laminated it but yeah, I did that.
00:51 I have my library card, grant and I have oh, most important thing.
00:58 I have my parents' picture in it.
01:01 I do not live with them. They live in Ahmedabad, I live in Mumbai so I keep them close.
01:06 And my wallet has some passport size pictures because I don't know why I feel like you need it anytime.
01:15 And I have a chotu Hanuman Chalisa with me.
01:18 So yeah, this is my chotu wallet.
01:20 Then of course, the phone charger.
01:25 My phone is not in the bag, it's charging in one corner.
01:28 So yeah, that is also generally in my bag.
01:31 Then I have this chota pouch.
01:35 You cannot laugh at this but I have a toothbrush and a toothpaste.
01:43 Because I mean please understand I have to shoot throughout the day or like meet a lot of people
01:50 and then I'm eating also in between, I'm having chai, I'm having coffee and then it kind of stains my teeth.
01:55 So you know, I don't like that.
01:57 So yeah, that Priyanka Chopra.
02:01 Then I have too many pouches.
02:07 This pouch, okay this has my airpods.
02:11 This is very interesting.
02:13 Now, this is the most important and very precious thing.
02:20 Precious I'll tell you why.
02:21 It's a cheap thing, it's like barely like 150-200 bucks.
02:25 But this is an emergency light and then there is this SOS light as well.
02:29 So yeah, if you run out of battery in your phone and of course you cannot use a torch light.
02:35 If you're out somewhere stuck, this will last you pretty much a year.
02:40 You charge it once, it has a USB-C type charger.
02:43 You charge it like for half an hour, 45 minutes and it can last a year
02:47 because we don't really need to use this a lot.
02:50 But it can be mounted on like a gimbal or whatever stand.
02:54 So it acts as like a face light as well.
02:57 And this thing is a bottle opener.
03:01 So it's like a multi-purpose tool and it is like a clip.
03:06 So you can like clip it anywhere, especially great for travels.
03:10 I go for trekking and stuff like that so I clip it on my bag.
03:14 So this I really like.
03:15 Phone charger, money.
03:18 Actually money I can because now it's all UPI so you know if you have your phone.
03:22 So yeah, phone charger, ID cards because you need them.
03:26 And as I said, the God's idols, my small temple.
03:32 Then I have a small portable mic.
03:38 I'm planning on starting my own YouTube channel.
03:41 So before that I'm trying out vlogging and making videos.
03:46 So before I invest in like this really high quality mic like that which is also expensive.
03:52 I thought that I should try with like a slightly cheaper version of a mic
03:56 to try my hand at it and see how the output is.
04:00 So yeah, the receiver end goes into your phone.
04:03 You clip it like that and you talk.
04:05 So this is like really a convenient option and if this goes well
04:10 then very soon you will see me on YouTube as well.
04:14 Okay, so there are some chocolates and stuff which is again from the 90s
04:19 which was sent to us by the Netflix team.
04:23 Since we are kind of celebrating you know the launch of our show Guns and Gulabs on Netflix.
04:28 So there's Phantom, there's Magic Pops, there's Swaad, yeah Swaad and Parle, like whatever that.
04:38 Mango Bite and Kiss Me.
04:41 This is Kiss Me right? Yeah, Kiss Me.
04:43 So these are all those things.
04:45 Knick Knacks.
04:46 This is again a unique thing that you might not find in a lot of people's bags
04:51 but please remember I, as I said, I am that friend who has everything.
04:55 So I have a multi socket plug in my bag which I always carry
05:00 because whenever we are shooting in vanities, the plugs are different,
05:05 the voltage is also different and you need to use a lot of things.
05:09 You need to charge your phone, iPad if you have or use your straightener
05:13 and they all have different, different kind of plugs.
05:17 So this is for that.
05:19 Then, what is this?
05:21 Oh yeah, this is a, it's a energy sort of a powder which is made of all natural things
05:29 which are like orange, lemon, burdock root, nettle, tea, shilajit, black pepper, all good things
05:35 which is called All Day Energy by Cosmix.
05:38 Not sponsored obviously but I absolutely love because I am trying to cut down on sugar
05:44 and coffee and tea so that really helps me with staying energised throughout the day.
05:52 I think 2.5 lakhs or I don't know, I am not too sure.
06:00 Yeah, around that amount, 2.5 or 3.
06:04 This is one of my favourite body creams which is called the Bum Bum Cream from Sol de Janeiro
06:10 or Ginera, whatever that is. It really smells amazing.
06:16 It smells like you are passing by like an old style bakery and you know the waft of baked goods
06:24 that you smell, that's exactly how it smells.
06:26 Then, I have of course, sunglasses.
06:30 I love these, I love this colour. It's like this very muted, mulled wine colour.
06:38 It's very understated, it's very simple and I think it suits my face also.
06:44 It's a new shape that I have so yeah, this is from Michael Kors.
06:48 Then, okay, there's a Dio, like a roll on Dio.
06:54 Then, there is Thandak Churin because I get a lot of acidity.
07:02 While I am shooting, I forget to eat in between and drink water as well.
07:07 So, then there's a time that I get a lot of heartburn.
07:10 Then, I have to mix this in a glass of water and have it calm that acidity down.
07:15 Yes, then I have perfumes. I have two of them.
07:21 I generally have two of them. One is called Oolong Cha by Nishane.
07:26 And I absolutely love this because I like the tea fragrance and citrus notes in any perfume and vanilla also.
07:36 So, this another one which is called Neroli Amara from Van Cleef and Arpels is the citrus notes and like a hint of vanilla.
07:45 So, I kind of sometimes use them on their own and sometimes I mix them as well.
07:51 So, yeah. Then, of course, sanitizer. Love this. It's in a spray form.
07:58 And I love this even more because it has lemongrass fragrance.
08:03 And it's very nice and gentle on your hands. It doesn't make my skin become dry and flaky.
08:10 Because then I have to keep using moisturizer to keep them nice and soft.
08:16 Then, of course, a clutcher.
08:19 Oh! I have another pouch which has medicines in it.
08:27 So, if you have an allergic reaction, I have Atrax for that. If you have headache or slight fever, then I have Paracetamol for that.
08:37 If you have stomach issues, I have Cyclopam for that. Like I have everything.
08:42 As I said, I have literally everything.
08:45 And I also have Boroline, I guess, which is like an antiseptic cream like Sophromycin.
08:51 So, yeah. It's like a mini dispensary here.
08:55 Then, oh yeah, my Kindle which obviously has a dog cover on it because I love dogs.
09:05 I also have a dog. His name is Toto. He doesn't stay with me here.
09:09 He's with my parents in Ahmedabad. But, yeah, I love this Kindle.
09:15 And I'm currently reading this really nice Hindi book which is called Musafir Cafe written by Divya Prakash Dubey.
09:21 Okay, it will fall.
09:23 I'll put this aside.
09:25 Then, I have this little notepad or like a book wherein I write down my thoughts.
09:33 Anything remarkable that has happened in my day, something nice, something not so pleasant, something that I have learnt.
09:40 I kind of scribble it down and this is also one of my manifestation books.
09:45 Long, long ago, actually not so long ago, like a few years back, I had written in it that I wanted to do a Netflix show.
09:55 I wanted to work with Raj and DK and this has actually come true and I kind of have marked it also like there.
10:01 So, yeah, this really is important. It says, "You were created to do magical things on."
10:07 It's a simple book but it really means a lot to me.
10:10 So, that. Then, this I'm not going to like remove it from the inside and show it to you but this has my prayer beads as they call it.
10:24 So, this has Fateh-ki-Mala inside and I try to calm myself down.
10:28 I kind of do that and I also have like a counter where I don't have, I don't want to show it in public because they say you should do it in solitude.
10:38 So, then I do that counter because it stays in your hand and nobody can see it and you can still calm yourself down.
10:42 So, this really helps with that. I'll put it back in my bag.
10:45 Okay. I mean I am carrying Saraswati-ji, Lakshmi-ji and Ganpati-ji.
10:51 So, I don't need anybody else. I think when they're with me, I'm protected.
10:56 And, yeah, eye drops to moisturise my eyes, of course.
11:03 And, yeah, the other most important thing that I have discovered for my mental well-being is this.
11:15 Because everyone's screen time today, especially mine is so high, I hate it.
11:22 It's numbing my brain and you without reason, you kind of, you're just scrolling and looking for nothing on your phone.
11:30 So, I put my phone aside and then you, you know, try to solve this.
11:34 Of course, as you can see, I'm nowhere close to solving any of the sides, probably this yellow one.
11:39 But, yeah, it's going to take me a long time. It keeps me engaged.
11:43 So, yeah, this is a great, great habit if you want to start staying away from your screen time.
11:50 And, yes, the last and final thing is this.
11:55 Now, before I show it to you, let me tell you, this has pretty much every single time I travel intercity, from one city to another city,
12:04 my bag gets, you know, kind of taken aside by the CRPF people and they ask me,
12:12 "What's in that bag? Is there any metal in it?"
12:15 And then, yes, I say yes and then I show it to them and then they let it go.
12:20 I'll show you why.
12:23 This is my makeshift temple.
12:25 This is Lakshmi ji.
12:31 This is Ganpati ji.
12:33 And this is Saraswati ji.
12:35 So, yeah, wherever I go, anywhere I travel, if I'm shooting, I go to my vanity and I put a napkin or like a piece of tissue,
12:47 clean that surface, put these three and then I start the work.
12:52 So, yeah, this is really, really special and important for me.
12:55 So, well, yeah, that's all in my bag.
13:00 Probably you'll find some coffee sachets or like some tea sachets or something here and there.
13:06 But I guess you don't need to see that.
13:09 But yes, that is all that I carry, sometimes even more.
13:13 But as of now, that's all in my bag.
13:16 Hope something is a takeaway from this for you.
13:20 If you did find something helpful and useful, do let me know in the comments and take care of yourself.
13:27 Keep watching Pinkvilla. Bye.
13:28 Bye!
