00:13 And when it comes to the Dzierżoniowo bypass, it's an investment of the local government, carried out with the support of the European funds, our regional European funds.
00:23 And the cost of the second stage is 46 million PLN. Two-thirds of the bypasses, you could say, are already open, their construction is behind us, they will serve the drivers.
00:36 The one-third remains, although this fragment will be the longest in terms of kilometers.
00:41 The third stage will be completed in 2026, we are already at the last stage of the project-documentation work, so to speak. The widely understood preparation for the investment is already at its last stage.
00:54 And in the course of a few weeks, a maximum of months, the first excavators will be driving, which will be carrying out the third stage of the Dzierżoniowo bypass.
01:04 So we are happy that this investment is being opened here and that it will serve not only the residents, but also the investors, because remember that this is a road that serves the economic zone in Dzierżoniowo to a large extent.

01:44 I will say yes, there are no easy buildings, but there were no difficulties that we could not solve together with the engineer and the orderer. So we did it, I think, pretty well.

01:58 There are three layers, abrasive layer, SMA, binding layer and bituminous superstructure. Then there are two layers of crucible and stabilization of the substrate.
