00:32 Dayang Hirang is a well-known ally of the Dutertes and a former member of the Nationalista Party.

01:32 in the investigation of the International Criminal Court or ICC

01:35 in the war on drugs of the Duterte administration.

01:41 the government is studying the possible return of the Philippines

01:45 as a member of the International Criminal Court or ICC.
