16:12 And for the Greater Accra Regional Hospital in particular, the role that we played in this fight is there for everybody to see.
16:22 And as we said earlier on, this is the hospital that received the first two cases.
16:29 At that time, everybody was afraid. We didn't know how it was all going to turn out.
16:35 And so, people, when they see this, when they see this, they say, "This is a COVID case." People ran away.
16:41 But this hospital stood by the staff when the two cases were brought.
16:48 They volunteered and they sacrificed and they looked after the patient.
16:52 Those two cases survived and were discharged home.
16:55 So for that reason, we cannot just close our eyes to the good things that the people of this hospital have done.
