Foreign Envoys Attend Temple Celebration in Yilan

Ambassadors and representatives from around a dozen countries have taken part in a traditional temple festival in northeast Taiwan's Yilan County.

00:34 as did envoys from other countries that have informal but still friendly ties with Taiwan.
00:39 An organizer says the event saw the most foreign dignitaries ever at a temple festival in Taiwan.
