Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 174 (Arabic Recitation): “ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكۡتُمُونَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَيَشۡتَرُونَ بِهِۦ ثَمَنٗا قَلِيلًا أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ مَا يَأۡكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمۡ إِلَّا ٱلنَّارَ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ”
Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 174 (English Translation): “ Indeed, they who conceal what Allāh has sent down of the Book and exchange it for a small price - those consume not into their bellies except the Fire. And Allāh will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them. And they will have a painful punishment. ”
Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 174 (Urdu Translation): “ بے شک جو لوگ اللہ تعالیٰ کی اتاری ہوئی کتاب چھپاتے ہیں اور اسے تھوڑی تھوڑی سی قیمت پر بیچتے ہیں، یقین مانو کہ یہ اپنے پیٹ میں آگ بھر رہے ہیں، قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ ان سے بات بھی نہ کرے گا، نہ انہیں پاک کرے گا، بلکہ ان کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے۔ ”
The English translation by Saheeh International and the Urdu translation by Maulana Muhammad Junagarhi, both published by the renowned King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex (KFGQPC). Surah Al-Baqarah is the second chapter of the Quran.
