00:00 I first came out here about 3, 4 years ago now when my eldest son wanted to have a go
00:11 at Ausky.
00:12 I started off in the under 6's, it just so happened that Matthew was the under 6 coordinator
00:17 at that stage.
00:18 I jumped out there and all of a sudden it's like hey I know you so you're going to be
00:24 here every week and you can help me out.
00:26 That's really how a lot of our coordinators start, sort of starting to get the rewards
00:31 of seeing the improvement of all the other kids as well.
00:34 It was similar to 12 months earlier, everyone met in the middle and there was no under 6
00:39 coordinators to actually run the sessions so Andy Lee and I were like yeah ok we'll
00:44 take it.
00:45 It sort of started from there and then just followed the journey and then took the role
00:49 next year.
00:50 We're very lucky I think to have a lot of volunteers and people to help out because
00:54 it makes our job so much easier when you've got some trusted people to help out.
00:58 It's really enjoyable to see that as they become little 5 year olds and then you pass
01:02 them on to the next journey.
