Greek moussaka - video recipe !

Recipe Main Dish

A delicious mix, using grilled eggplants and lamb meat, all spiced with cinnamon and herbs.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 1 lb minced lamb meat
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bouquet garni
- olive oil

For tomato sauce :

- 5 tomatoes
- 1 tsp concentrated tomato
- salt
- pepper
- cinnamon

For the white sauce :

- 0.5 oz butter
- 2 oz flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
