Steelers' RB Says Offense Took Steps Forward Against Bengals

Pittsburgh Steelers' running back Najee Harris says the offense took steps forward in Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

00:22 I think that I tip my hat off for just us as a team.

00:30 Coach Falk really just getting us ready for the week.

00:35 Them really just motivating us and doing a really good job,

00:39 especially Coach Falk, just his leadership in there.

00:42 I think that it deserves more talk.

00:48 what does he bring to that whole room and in that position?

00:52 >> Good leadership qualities.

00:54 He gives really good examples of what exactly a team should be.

00:59 I'm not saying that Coach Canada didn't do that, this is no shot to him.

01:02 Coach Falk just did a really good job just being a leader and

01:05 just carrying that leadership mentality and placing upon everybody.

01:11 Really holding a lot of people accountable for stuff, good or bad,

01:14 mistakes or not, and we just keep executing.

01:17 We keep trusting the game plan, keep going out here and practicing.

01:21 It starts with the little things, it starts at practice, that's the main thing.

01:24 Just getting everybody healthy, getting everybody ready to go and on the road.

01:28 Everything's fixable, it's just a matter of time, patience, work.

01:32 A certain type of drive, how bad do you wanna fix it,

01:37 how bad do you wanna go as a team?

01:39 I think that we've come to understand what we want as we had that meeting.

01:43 So this is more just putting it on the field and showing it.
