00:00 It's been six weeks since Cleveland's death and the pain his family is feeling is still
00:07 very much raw. Hundreds of people, including relatives from all corners of WA as well as
00:12 South Australia, are expected to attend Cleveland's funeral today. Now yesterday the state government
00:17 announced it will shut Unit 18, where Cleveland was found unconscious before he died, and
00:23 replace it with a new facility. That has brought little comfort to his family though. I spoke
00:28 to his grandmother Glenda yesterday and she says Perth is the wrong location for the facility.
00:33 We've been asking them to build one out in the country. They are grabbing our kids from
00:38 the bush, taking them into the city and trying to teach them their ways. Them kids belong
00:42 in the bush. We're told there will be extra police at the funeral, but it's hoped the
00:46 high emotions from this event will not spill over.
