00:00 As everyone is aware, these days, fraud is being done through Artificial Intelligence.
00:08 These frauds are of three types.
00:11 Cybercrime is either done through video call, by making fake video or fake photo.
00:19 Or through audio call, by copying the voice of a friend and asking for money.
00:26 Or through making a profile of a person on social media and asking for money.
00:33 These three types of crimes are committed.
00:37 And the way to avoid them is that if you ask for money through video or photo,
00:43 or through audio call or through social media account,
00:48 first of all, you should contact that person through another medium and give him/her money only after it is confirmed.
00:58 Second, if you come to know that you have been cyberfrauded,
01:02 then you should call the Cybercrime Helpline number 1930 or 155-256.
01:12 Call 155-256, this is also a Cybercrime Helpline.
01:16 And there is a National Cybercrime Reporting Portal for the whole country.
01:21 You can also file a complaint on this, at home.
01:25 Also, there is a Cybercell in every police station.
01:29 You can go to the police station and file a complaint in your written form.
01:35 Also, if you report this within 24 hours,
01:41 then the possibility of you getting your money back is very high.
01:45 Because, in this, bank accounts are frozen while doing immediate activities of thugs.
01:50 And money is returned through that.
01:52 If you are being frauded through a bank,
01:56 then you should go to the bank and file a written complaint immediately.
01:59 And there is a high possibility of you getting your money back,
02:04 if you file your complaint within 24 hours.
02:07 Even if you are late, without delay,
02:09 you should file a complaint against your cyber fraud at the nearest police station, bank,
02:15 or call 1930 or 155-256.
02:20 And be aware of cyber fraud and keep others aware as well.
