Grab a dumbbell (I'm holding 10lbs) to help

engage those upper abdominal muscles. Besure to keep your back flat against the ground

to prevent back pain and to use those abs/Core only. Keep your legs LIGHT and lead each exercise with your abs/core to prevent from
using your hip flexors.

Do each exercise one after another in a circuitfor 30-45 seconds with minimal rest in between exercises.
