00:37 which were submitted on 21st November and 31st November,

00:40 should be approved for the hearing.

00:45 and requested to approve both the petitions.

00:49 It is surprising that despite the time being set in the law,

00:53 no petition has been approved for the hearing

00:57 and no petition has been numbered.
