00:04 because he was involved in the murder of his partner.

00:17 the people of District Special Operations Unit of Northern Police District immediately ran to this area of Caloocan.

00:27 Manolito Manantan, we are police.

00:30 And he was arrested, Manolito Manatan, a former police officer and wanted for the murder of his partner in 2018.

00:38 In an investigation, the fight between the two of them was fierce in one cell

00:42 until he was taken home in the hands of the suspect.

00:45 He was still a child.

00:47 The suspect thought that the victim was pulling a gun,

00:53 but he was just holding a lighter.

00:57 So he was stabbed.

00:59 But after the suspect killed the victim, Corporal Joel Samonte,

01:03 the suspect was not seen.

01:05 He was hiding for 5 years before we arrested him.

01:21 The victim's husband still cannot accept what happened.
