00:00 We saw you at Vanessa's wedding.
00:01 What was that experience like for you?
00:02 How wonderful and beautiful was that moment?
00:05 - It was so beautiful.
00:06 I cried the entire time.
00:07 She and Cole have the good stuff.
00:11 Yeah.
00:12 - I want the good stuff.
00:13 - I know.
00:14 I was up there and I was like happy for her
00:17 and hate it for me.
00:19 - All right, goals were manifesting in 2024.
00:21 - Are we even in love?
00:22 - Okay, that's what we're taking into 2024.
00:27 We need a man.
00:27 - Manifested. - Exactly.
00:29 - Whoever it gonna be, it gonna be him.
00:31 - What does it mean to be in this room today?
00:33 - I mean, you know, I think it's just so wonderful
00:35 to celebrate women, especially women who have
00:38 such an incredible influence on the world,
00:40 on this industry, and I know that this industry
00:44 really does play a hand in affecting culture.
00:47 And when you see these powerful, beautiful women
00:50 standing in their power, babe, I could be here all day.
00:53 - Okay.
00:54 Speaking of women affecting culture,
00:56 I mean, that's Barbie for you right there.
00:57 That's Greta Gerwig's vision.
00:59 You must be so proud that you got to be a part of this,
01:02 I don't know, juggernaut.
01:03 - Yeah, you know, I was just talking about it
01:05 with Helen and I was just like,
01:07 it's just so fun to see how the world is really embracing
01:12 all that is the brilliance of Greta Gerwig.
01:14 She has something to say and I just am so honored
01:17 and grateful that I got to be a mouthpiece.
01:19 - It's crazy.
01:20 I'm like, now we gotta get Ryan Gosling this Grammy.
01:22 We need to get them an Oscar nominee.
01:24 - Honey, I never thought Ryan Gosling would win a Grammy,
01:26 but I'm out here, like if I could vote, I would be like.
01:29 - I was talking to Mark Ronson about it the other day.
01:32 - I feel like we need to see him perform.
01:34 I'm just kidding at the Grammys.
01:35 What do you think about that?
01:36 - I would love to, I mean, that is the dream.
01:38 Sometimes I hit him up, I'm like, come on,
01:40 like slash the wind machine, you and me,
01:42 like are we gonna do this?
01:44 - I would die.
01:45 I would die.
01:47 I'm like, can I just be there?
01:48 Front row with just Ryan Gosling written on my chest.
01:51 - Now finally, you know, obviously
01:52 we're celebrating women today.
01:54 Who are the women in this industry
01:55 that you have leaned on over the years for support?
01:57 - You know, I've been so lucky and fortunate
02:00 to have really beautiful women that represent me
02:04 and that take care of me behind the camera,
02:07 but I've been just completely embraced
02:11 by all the women that I've worked with
02:13 in front of the camera as well,
02:14 and I think what's really beautiful
02:16 is like women know how to uplift each other,
02:19 and I always feel supported,
02:20 especially working with Greta.
02:22 Like she's a girl's bra, you know?
02:25 And like when you are feeling crazy and scared,
02:29 and I think everyone experiences imposter syndrome
02:32 and their ego tells them that they don't deserve something,
02:34 walking onto that stage, I was like, are you sure?
02:37 Are you sure you want me?
02:39 And she was like, yes, get it together.
02:42 We're gonna kill it.
02:43 And-- - And you did.
02:44 - And thank you, and damn, that movie good.
02:47 - It's so good.
02:48 Congratulations.
