00:11 At the moment, the Northeast Monsoon is already spreading in the extreme northern Luzon and

00:19 we hope that later this afternoon and later tonight, it will reach the other parts of Luzon.

00:24 We are still hoping for the continued Easterlies in the northern part of Luzon, Visayas and

00:31 Mindanao.

00:32 This Easterlies is the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean.

00:35 We are still hoping that it will be possible for the weather to be hot in a large part

00:41 of our country.

00:42 Meanwhile, here outside and inside our Philippine area of responsibility, we still have no visible

00:48 low pressure area that could be a storm in the next few days.

00:52 That is why the chances of a storm in the next few days are still low and generally

00:57 fair weather conditions even though isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are still

01:02 present.

01:03 And for the weather in the Luzon area today, we are hoping for a cloudy sky and low rain

01:12 in the extreme northern Luzon because of the presence of a cold wind.

01:17 And here in the cold part of Luzon, including Metro Manila, only isolated rain showers and

01:22 thunderstorms are possible but generally fair weather conditions for the whole afternoon.

01:30 Temperature difference in the area is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:34 In Tugagaraway, it is 23 to 33.

01:37 Here in Baguio City, it is 16 to 25.

01:40 In Metro Manila, 23 to 32.

01:43 Here in Tagaytay, 21 to 31.

01:46 In Legazpi and Calayan Islands, it is 25 to 32.

01:49 And here in Puerto Princesa, it is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:57 And for the weather in Visayas and Mindanao, generally fair weather conditions are still

02:04 present for the whole afternoon and only isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are possible.

02:11 The temperature difference in Iloilo is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:16 Here in Metro Cebu, 25 to 32.

02:19 In Metacloban, 25 to 31.

02:20 In Cagayandeoro, 24 to 31.

02:23 Metro Davao, 25 to 34.

02:25 And here in Zamboanga City, it is 23 to 34 degrees Celsius.

02:32 And for the weather in our ocean, we still don't have a high gale warning in our country's

02:37 baybay, our fishermen and small boats can still sail freely in the ocean due to the high gales.

02:44 The waves are only moderate, which can be experienced in a large part of our country, except here in the extreme northern zone, where the waves are moderate to high.

02:56 So be careful of the waves in the baybay of the extreme northern zone.

03:01 And for our 3-day weather outlook in the main cities of our country from tomorrow until

03:09 Friday, here in Metro Manila, the expected low of the high gales will be experienced from

03:15 tomorrow until Thursday.

03:18 When Friday arrives, the high gales will gradually weaken and isolated rain showers and thunderstorms

03:25 will occur.

03:27 Here in Baguio City, generally fair weather conditions will still be there, but the high

03:31 gales will weaken until Friday.

03:33 And here in Legazpi, generally fair weather conditions will be there until tomorrow.

03:37 When Thursday arrives, the rain showers will be experienced, followed by a gradual

03:43 shear line or a flood of high gales and easterly.

03:47 And when Friday arrives, generally fair weather conditions will be experienced here in the

03:52 Bicol Region.

03:53 In Metro Cebu and Metro Davao, generally fair weather conditions will still be there

03:57 and there will be heat, especially in the afternoon and afternoon, and isolated rain

04:03 showers and thunderstorms will only occur.
