00:09 But now there's a new location that just opened up
00:12 right here in Flagstaff.

00:36 - You know, it has that new over easy smell.

00:40 We haven't beaten it up quite yet, so.

01:21 - Okay, we have to start with that,
01:23 because sometimes you need a splurge.
01:26 - I mean, not everything can be fat-free
01:28 and sugar-free, right?
01:29 - No, and it nor should it be.
01:31 - No, and where's the fun in that?
01:32 But yeah, so we've got a couple of staples here,
01:35 things that we just really like to do,
01:37 and things that we're sort of known for,
01:38 and some personal favorites for myself.
01:40 But we got a little chicken fried steak here,
01:42 some hash browns, country gravy.
01:44 Really popular item here are waffle dogs.
01:47 - Oh, the kids love those.
01:48 - They love 'em, they're fun, they're shareable.
01:52 - Why is everything better on a stick?
01:54 - You know, I don't know.
01:55 It shouldn't be limited to just carnivals.

01:59 I'm hitting you with the difficult culinary questions.

02:02 So, you know, I mean, it's just fun.
02:04 And I think if you can have something unique at breakfast,
02:08 it creates an experience, for sure.

02:12 in our avocado Benedict.
02:14 Some poached eggs, hollandaise on the side.
02:17 Another popular, Hatch 505,
02:19 it's our Hatch Green Chili Benedict.
02:21 Got some carnitas on there, house-made biscuits.
02:24 Really, really good option.
02:25 And then my personal favorite,
02:27 what I had to include is our protein waffle.
02:30 I love it, it's healthy.
02:32 It's something I can eat every day, so.
02:33 - So I have boys, they're always trying to get more protein.
02:35 They play sports.

02:42 Is that the blueberries?
02:44 - So yeah, we fold blueberries into the batter.
02:46 Also has quinoa, we do pecans, we got granola.

02:51 So it's on the healthier side, you know.
02:53 I think it's something you could eat every day
02:54 and leave feeling pretty good.
02:56 - Let's discuss the adult beverages,
02:57 because a lot of people at brunch, you know,

03:06 - Absolutely, so that's our Georgia peach right there.
03:09 That happens to be my favorite drink.
03:11 We got a nice little bourbon in there.
03:13 And it's nice and light and refreshing.
03:16 It's dangerous, that's a dangerous one.

03:19 Now, it's so good.
03:21 - It's very well balanced.
03:23 - It's my favorite drink here.
03:24 - It's perfection.

03:27 - Just love.

03:32 - You know, to me, I think once you put so much thought
03:36 and love into a plate, into a drink, it comes through.

03:40 - And that's sort of how I approach the food
03:41 and I feel like we have the same approach
03:42 to our drinks as well.
03:43 - I love that about you, before I let you go.

03:46 - Because it's a difficult time of year for shopping.
03:49 Sometimes there's people and like,
03:50 I don't know what to get my kids, teacher or coach.
03:53 Do you guys have gift cards?
03:54 - We do, yeah.
03:55 So if you spend $50 on gift cards, you get $10 back.
04:00 So obviously the more you spend, the more you make.
04:02 If we spend $100, you get 25 back.
04:05 So it's a nice deal.
