00:57 the preparation for the Charter change or "cha-cha" will be in full swing.

01:01 The Speaker did not mention anything about the change in the term, but...

01:05 While the Senior Deputy Speaker's speech

01:17 was five years long, the term of the President,

01:20 the new Secretary of State, and the local officials

01:23 were not included in the conversation.

01:26 Will the Senate support this?

01:28 The Senators will not move.

01:31 There is still six years and two terms.

01:34 They are receptive to the Charter change.

01:37 According to the Camera Lab,

01:39 the resolution of both Houses 6 was passed in March this year

01:43 that calls for a constitutional convention or "con-con"

01:47 to be held in the 1987 Constitution.

01:55 But because the "cha-cha" in the Senate is not speaking,
