00:20 and I also had the opportunity to shoot in the army and I like it.

00:23 I am happy that children will be able to learn about different disciplines and to get involved in sport.

00:31 I have been training for 25 years and I think it was a very good decision.

00:36 I would like to help them here, show them how important sport is in life.

00:44 I think it is a great initiative that children and young people from different schools can come here

00:52 to check out different disciplines and get to know them a little bit,

00:58 to take a little bit away from the screens, to move a little bit.

01:02 We also did a warm-up, I hope that the children did not get too tired,

01:05 that they still have the strength for all the competitions that await them here

01:10 and that they will just have fun and get involved in sport through this fun.

01:15 The SKS Rzesz program, all the youth in Poland, we are in every city.

01:20 We have over 350,000 participants and the program is based on physical activity,

01:27 promoting it and showing how physical activity can develop the body.

01:33 We have been organizing events for years.

01:36 The whole structure here is based on our cycle of events,

01:40 i.e. sports events with Detective Zdrówko, that's what the events are called.

01:44 We travel all over Poland to show young people how to improve physical activity

01:50 and how to conduct WF lessons differently.
