00:23 One of her last competitions was the World Vovinam Championships of Vietnam.

00:28 She won the gold medal in the female 66 category

00:32 after defeating the Russian team.

00:34 But the Russian team protested her victory.

00:38 They were not convinced that I'm a woman.

00:40 So what they did was they stalked me.

00:43 To clarify, she was born a woman and was forced to be a trans man.

00:47 Her body was due to exercise and training.

00:51 I'm a trans man in my heart.

00:52 But of course, they were able to reverse it.

00:55 I'm still a woman.

00:56 The Philippine Vovinam Team's organizing committee

00:59 asked the competition and WVVF not to entertain the Russian protest.

01:04 Especially since it has no basis.

01:06 We practiced there because Russia said that

01:09 Hergie should be fought by a man.

01:12 Their male athlete.

01:14 Maybe we didn't see such a female issue.
