00:05 I had the idea for this movie about seven years ago.

00:08 I wanted to do a movie about imaginary friends called "Ifs."

00:11 [YELLING]

00:13 Imaginary friend?

00:15 Got it.

00:16 [SCREAMS]

00:19 This is a movie that John and I have been

00:20 talking about for years now, something

00:22 that feels a bit like a live action Pixar film.

00:25 And action.

00:28 The movie is about a little girl named Bea,

00:30 going through an experience in her life that is troubling.

00:32 And as a coping mechanism, she starts

00:35 to see every single person's imaginary friend.

00:38 Hi.

00:39 All the ones that have been left behind by the kids who

00:41 created them and grown up.

00:43 And what does she do with that superpower?

00:46 You could save all of us.

00:49 The man upstairs is a de facto accomplice for Bea.

00:53 And they strike up a pretty unexpected friendship.

01:04 In the middle of it is an active imagination.

01:09 And John Krasinski, who not only wrote the film,
