00:00 The Philippines will sit on the board of the Loss and Damage Fund for countries affected by climate change, like the Philippines.

00:19 At present, the pledges for the fund are equivalent to almost Php40 billion.

00:28 The Philippines is now sitting on the board of the former Finance Undersecretary Mark Joven.
