00:00 How do you, as a player that would have dealt with this at previous clubs,
00:03 how do you deal with moments like these and keep riding them out until it turns?
00:06 You've just got to keep working hard.
00:08 I know it's the old cliche, but if you've got a set of values as a player,
00:14 as a club or as a coach and you believe in them and you work 100% every single day,
00:20 the tide will turn.
00:21 These moments here are testing everyone.
00:25 It's not an ideal situation.
00:26 I can understand the frustrations from the supporters and from the players and the coaches as well.
00:32 Everyone kind of feels that frustration.
00:34 And there's nothing else that you can do other than get your head down and work hard and give 100%
00:39 and give your maximum every day that you're in the building.
00:42 Because if you keep doing that, you'll work through the tough times.
00:45 You'll stay focused on what the objectives are and results start coming.
00:52 And then belief starts coming because you've continued working hard.
00:55 You've carried on with your beliefs and the tide will turn.
00:59 And it's difficult at this stage to think or to see how it's going to turn, but it does.
01:03 It always does.
01:05 Good always comes through and we'll be in a better place for it.
