A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over the death of a woman who was found seriously injured in Park Meadow Avenue, Bilston on Friday morning.

00:07 Police said on their website that they were called by paramedics to report that a woman had been stabbed on Park Meadow Avenue where we are at 7am.
00:14 And despite the best efforts of paramedics, the woman in her forties, she was pronounced dead.
00:19 Her family are being supported by officers and a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over the death of a woman.
00:26 I've been out and spoken to some of the neighbours around here. What they've told me is they're obviously shocked about what's happened.
00:32 Being on their street, which some said was actually quite a quiet area, they all referenced the death a few weeks ago of a teenager on the fields nearby.
