  • last year
Former family vlogger Ruby Franke is expected to enter a plea agreement on Monday in Washington County, Utah after being charged in September with six counts of felony child abuse. Franke had an audience of nearly 2.3 million subscribers on her and her family's YouTube channel "8 Passengers" before she and her business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, were arrested in August after two of Franke's children were found malnourished and with open wounds at Hildebrandt's home. Prior to her arrest, Franke's parenting and homeschooling style were criticized in her YouTube videos and led to a petition for a child welfare investigation.
