00:43 Who are you leaning on to make decisions?
00:45 - I got people in the building, I got people,
00:47 I got family, scouts, where they feel like I'll be right now.

00:54 - What kind of feedback have you gotten from scouts?

01:02 And if I come back, I can improve my stock a lot more.

01:24 - It can be if you don't, like,
01:27 just don't really control it, you know,
01:28 in a sense, you just think about it too much.
01:31 - Have you been able to push it out of your mind

01:34 - Yeah, at first, it was like on my mind a lot.
01:37 And now it's starting to lay back.
01:41 - We got to, it's kind of,
01:44 it's got to be cool to be in this position,
01:45 considering it took so long for you to get on the field here.
01:50 - No, yeah, it's definitely a position
01:52 I always wanted to be in, especially as a kid.
01:55 So, no, I'm here now.
01:57 So I'm just, yeah, enjoying it.

02:56 - How would you describe Jay in our experience?
02:59 - Oh, he's a great coach.
03:01 He has a great philosophy,
03:03 and he has his own way of coaching, right?
03:06 And, yeah, he does his things like his own way.
03:11 I mean, he's learning for someone, but it works.
03:16 And he's an intense guy.
03:18 He can be.
03:20 He can be intense, but he can also be the opposite.
03:22 So, he's a great coach.
03:25 He knows what he's doing.
03:26 He's finally getting the credit that he deserves.
