This time of year is among the busiest for those who work in the travel industry, who're taking bookings left right and centre for holidaymakers' trips for the upcoming year. Do you have any travel plans sorted for twenty twenty four? And where would you most like to go? We took to the streets in a city near you to find out.

00:05 Oh gosh, there's lots of places I'd like to visit. Whether we actually get there or not

01:09 It's in Russia at the moment. So unfortunately due to current jurisdictions, unfortunately
01:14 I can't really do that, but maybe one day.
01:17 Do you have any travel plans next year?
01:19 Croatia. That's it at the moment.
01:23 And are you kind of planning to go on other trips or what is your plan?
01:26 I'm hoping to, but tend to do things last minute.
01:30 Where would you like to visit if you could, if money wasn't an object?
01:35 Turkey.
01:36 Okay, why Turkey?
01:38 Just for it. It'd be lovely. Because at winter it's sunny there. So in January and all that,
01:53 it's still going to be summer.
01:55 I've got a couple of city breaks plans, just in the UK based on Manchester, Leeds, a couple
02:01 of others like that. Nothing major planned abroad for just yet. Still having a look around
02:07 and having to think about that one.
02:09 In terms of the places I'd want to go though, I always like going to Spain. My family's
02:15 always sort of like, when they're like four or more younger, for family holidays and stuff
02:19 like that. So that's always on the list. I'd really, really like to see the likes of Singapore.
02:26 Again that's like a family related one. But that just depends on how much it costs and
02:30 stuff like that.
02:31 I'd like to go to Centre Parcs every year. I'd go to Holland for a football tour every
02:37 year. And it'd be nice to have one trip away. Not long trips anymore, but long weekends
02:44 pretty much.
02:45 Do you think, do you think people will continue to travel next year? Or do you think that,
02:51 you know, obviously cost of living crisis, things like that, do you think that'll put
02:54 people off?
02:55 People who work will go travel. But people with benefits won't because they, we don't
03:01 get enough money as it is.
