Chick-fil-A Is Closed On Sundays, But This New York Bill Could Change That

  • last year
A new bill introduced in New York could force Chick-fil-A restaurants located at rest stops along Interstate 90 in the state to open on Sundays. Chick-fil-A has had a longstanding policy of being closed on Sundays since its founding, to give employees a day of rest and worship. However, the new NY bill would require all food services at transportation facilities and rest areas to be open 7 days a week. There are currently 7 Chick-fil-A locations located in NY Thruway rest stops, with 3 more planned.
