00:12 we're recruiting guys and we have a visit window there in January before classes

00:18 start so we wanted to do a great job finishing today but

00:22 we've been once the portal opened we've identified them and

00:26 a big part of it is making sure we have the right fit and

00:30 part of the process is you don't have a time to get to know who these guys are.

00:36 So sometimes you bring them on visits and you learn about who they are,

00:38 you make sure it's the right fit and then you go from there.

00:40 So yeah, we're gonna be all over it.
