00:10 According to the police, the victim may have jumped into the river,

00:16 His family immediately confirmed his identity.

00:19 Because of the state of his boat, he was immediately taken to the poneraria for a cremate.

00:27 A noodle factory in a compound in Maisan, Valenzuela was also burned.

00:31 According to a worker, the fire started in a pot being cooked by Pancit Canton.
