00:00 >> Yeah, that's something he has to compartmentalize and
00:04 just kind of understand in that situation, regardless in the league,
00:09 you gotta put the efforts out there to create winning habits.
00:14 And I think that sometimes, again, for younger players,
00:18 it may take some time to kind of understand that or see that.
00:21 But him being able to kind of see that and how certain efforts,
00:26 when you are on the field, how those can kind of be game changing situations.
00:31 Whether it be a touchdown or a tackle at the one or so on and so forth.
00:35 And let the real efforts go on the drive.
00:37 But just kind of continuing to help him understand that and
00:41 compartmentalize the big picture of the team efforts.
00:45 >> Has he been receptive to anything that you've told him,
00:48 advice on blocking or advice on leaning in, things like that?
00:51 >> Yeah, I try to talk to him a lot.
00:53 At the same time, again, I mean, players have their own understanding and
00:58 interpretations of things.
00:59 But my job as a vet is to try to continue to make guys big picture oriented.
01:04 At the same time, I want George to have a long lasting career.
01:08 And being able to kind of give him some learning experience that I've experienced
01:13 in certain situations, regardless of if he's understanding or
01:18 taking that in any kind of way.
01:20 Me being able to just kind of tee up and give him some food for
01:23 thought constantly, that's what I try to do.
01:25 >> Have you spoken to him about that play specifically?
01:27 >> I haven't about that play specifically.
01:29 But again, I mean, we've talked about different things as a team,
01:33 as an offense as far as how we can be better.
01:36 And that's training, training in the pass game, training in the run game.
01:42 Just as a collective offensive group, being able to kind of show that strength,
01:46 and just kind of seeing what happens after that.
01:48 I think if we all do that, I think that we'll be able to, like I said before,
01:51 move the needle enough to be able to see some change.
