00:00 >> In this setting, on a practice setting, good day to day.
00:04 But again, as I mentioned, it is a process, man.
00:07 These young people growing and developing.
00:10 And let's be honest, man, the process at times is challenging because of them,
00:16 because of their talents, or a blessing and a curse.
00:21 Some people hate them for no reason.
00:22 Some people give them everything they ask for, for no reason.
00:27 We just try to give them truth.
00:29 And have a commitment in terms of working with them day to day and
00:33 knowing that maturation and growth is a process.
00:37 It's not one meeting, it's not one incident, it's not one form of discipline.
00:41 It's a process.
00:43 >> Is there a law's effort to an issue?
00:46 >> No.
00:47 >> Is there any form of discipline that will be in there?
00:50 >> Not that I'm gonna discuss with you guys.
00:52 >> Have you had to change your approach and
00:54 how you work with him to focus on those things like maturity and just development?
01:00 >> Hey, I do what I have to do, man.
01:02 It comes with the job.
01:03 He's not the first guy that I have, or I've had,
01:06 that needs growth and development in life areas.
01:10 And so it's a rerun for me and for us largely.
01:13 >> Do you feel like you guys have been successful and
01:15 you've been successful in helping other players with growth and
01:18 maturity in life things?
01:19 >> Very much so.
