00:00 I guess at this stage everything is a little up in the air.
00:05 I had a great year in KL and obviously I have a great relationship with my coach Nenad Bajina and Stanley Bernard, our CEO.
00:15 But football is... we just have to also know that football is like the most volatile world.
00:23 We never know and I can say... the only thing I can say 100% is at this very moment I don't know.
00:31 So I don't know if I am a KL player next year, I don't know if I am something else player next year at this moment.
00:39 My contract expires now so let's see.
00:43 If you get offer from the other team, so what is your take on that?
00:49 Obviously there are many great teams. I faced some very tough competition here in Malaysia this year I think.
00:55 Of course we can mention Johor and Selangor who is so tough.
01:01 But also Terengganu, Pahang, Kedah. These teams have been very very tough.
01:08 And also some of the other teams I didn't even mention now.
01:11 I think for me it's... I'm really attracted to a team that has an ambition.
01:20 That wants to compete, that wants to push for that top in the league rankings.
01:28 They want to push for the intercontinental cups.
01:31 Of course like everybody else in professional sports.
01:34 That's what gets you motivated.
01:38 I can say if everything is right and all the circumstances I guess for the future with KL.
01:46 Most importantly KL needs to also figure out if they want me to stay.
01:50 It's not only up to me. Then sure why not.
01:54 And if not, if there's another exciting project, why not.
01:57 Okay by the way, this is Christmas.
02:00 Why are you still in KL? Why are you still in Malaysia?
02:04 Because I know that your friend is already in their hometown.
02:09 So yeah, can you tell us about that?
02:11 I think partially because I really enjoy staying here.
02:16 I think over this first year of mine here in Malaysia, I've really come to enjoy Malaysia.
02:24 And now I have the time to also explore a little more.
02:27 Like I went to a hike yesterday and go to see some of the other places than KL.
02:33 So we'll have, as you know in Malaysia, there will be a layoff.
02:36 So that's why I know I will have time to go home.
02:38 And what is the difference this celebration, I mean this Christmas compared to previous?
02:46 Okay the most obvious one, there's no snow.
02:49 No snow.
02:52 Obviously I'm not spending Christmas with my family this year.
02:56 Which is obviously a big difference.
02:58 But I would say I'm blessed and fortunate enough to have great friends.
03:03 My teammate Sean Janellis, we'll have a Christmas dinner.
03:06 And some other from the team and his family and we'll all come together.
03:11 So yeah, I'm very blessed with that.
03:13 with that.
