00:00 Can't say enough about, about some of the guys that stepped up on defense
00:05 specifically Pat Peterson, Eric Rowe, Miles Jack.
00:10 We talked also last week and hear about,
00:14 specifically regarding Miles Jack and Eric Rowe,
00:20 how important their presence is for us.
00:22 We didn't have them on practice squad as developing players.
00:25 We had them on the practice squad as capable players,
00:29 guys that we could call upon and give us varsity like work and
00:34 effort and their play reflected that.
00:37 Man, we got a sack from Miles Jack, we got an interception from Eric Rowe.
00:43 We got an interception from Pat in his first game full time as a safety.
00:48 And so I'm just really appreciative of that collective experience and
00:51 versatility, their ability to execute defense.
00:55 And as we talked about last week, though, I wasn't shocked or surprised by it, but
01:00 it's still appreciated.
01:01 When you have six or seven days to prepare, it's a little bit different than say,
01:05 maybe the week before when we lost two safeties in game.
01:09 And so doesn't lessen their contributions appreciative of it,
01:13 appreciative of their focus, their communication skills,
01:16 the collectives ability to do so.
01:20 Oftentimes the home venue might be a challenge for
01:23 defense under those circumstances because our home venue is a challenge for
01:27 opposing offenses.
01:28 Man, I thought they did a really nice job of communicating.
01:31 And particularly Miles Jack after the Landon Roberts went down,
01:36 really appreciative of his efforts.
