01:43 I am here witnessing the repatriation
01:47 of 114 Burundian refugees.
01:51 I've spoken to some of them.
01:53 They told me they have been in Rwanda up to five years.
01:57 And now they feel more reassured about the situation
02:01 in their specific home area.
02:03 And they're going back in a voluntary manner,
02:08 supported by the two governments, Rwanda Burundi
02:11 and UNHCR.
02:12 So I'm very happy that amidst so many disasters in the world,
02:17 so many exodus, so much exodus of people,
02:21 I'm here for once accompanying people for whom
02:25 a solution has been found.
02:27 Of course, of course, what is now very important
02:31 is for those who go back to Burundi
02:34 to ensure that their return is sustainable,
02:39 that they are safe, that they can have access to jobs,
02:42 to services.
02:44 I saw some kids that haven't gone to school
02:46 for quite some time.
02:47 So it will be important that once they're back home,
02:50 they can have access to all this.
02:53 UNHCR is present in Burundi.
02:55 And I will spend two days in Burundi
02:57 talking to all our partners and, of course, to the government
03:01 about these matters.
03:03 We are working in Burundi as well
03:05 to support the government in the reintegration process.
