Cost of living taking a toll on chronically ill patients

Chronically ill patients are turning to credit cards and forgoing food to cover the cost of medicines. A survey has found one in four patients are struggling to pay for their pharmaceuticals as the cost of living continues to bite. For many its off-the-shelf medicines, that really starts to add up.
