00:00 Two commuters were caught by a motorcycle-driven MMDA enforcer at EDSA busway.

00:06 Sir, please stop!

00:13 I think he's drunk.

00:16 In the video posted by the Transportation Department,

00:20 which was captured on the busway near the main avenue in Quezon City,

00:24 it can be seen that the enforcer was still drunk while riding the motorcycle.

00:30 At one point, he fell and the motorcycle.

00:34 The Coast Guard who was on duty in the area asked for help,

00:38 the driver and conductor of the bus.

00:41 They talked to the enforcer and he stopped leaving.

00:45 We also learned the other details of the incident,

00:48 including the location of the commuter.

00:51 MMDA Chairman Romando Artes also ordered the investigation of the incident

00:56 and the proper punishment of the enforcer.
