00:00 Okay, Mr. Knight.
00:01 You look amazing.
00:02 I learned from the best, sir.
00:03 Okay, Mr. Knight.
00:05 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:08 It's time.
00:09 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:11 Moon Knight.
00:13 I love Moon Knight, so when this show came out,
00:16 I was so excited to see this boy in live action.
00:19 And Oscar, you play him beautifully.
00:22 I was wondering, some people are talking about the fact
00:24 that we may have seen a third altar already
00:26 in the first four episodes.
00:28 I was wondering if you can confirm
00:30 that you played that already, or is that still
00:32 to come in episode five and six?
00:34 Well, I can confirm that there is definitely
00:38 things about their existence, Stephen and Mark,
00:42 that they are not aware of yet.
00:44 And that things are pointing towards the fact
00:47 that it's not just the two of them in there.
00:57 After four episodes, it seems like I
00:58 have more questions about Layla than I did at the start.
01:01 I was wondering what questions about her and her motivations
01:04 did you need answered before you started to play the role?
01:07 I don't know.
01:08 It's interesting, because we didn't--
01:10 she's not a character who has existed in the MCU.
01:14 We just sort of developed her on the spot.
01:16 And it all became--
01:18 it was important to have her obviously relate
01:23 to Mark and Stephen and how that manifests.
01:27 But also have her be on a journey of her own,
01:32 of self-discovery as well.
01:34 And as we went along, those answers--
01:39 or questions I didn't even know I had were getting answered.
01:41 And it just helped with where we were going.
01:45 I find like I don't know how to be too intellectual
01:49 about the work.
01:50 And somehow it just comes out.
01:53 Just so you know, I'm not here to help you.
01:57 I'm here for me and for everyone else
01:58 who would die if Haro succeeds.
02:01 Copy that.
02:02 Whenever you black out--
02:03 I love the story technique, but we miss out
02:05 on a cool action scene.
02:07 I wonder, is there a blackout scene
02:09 that you wish you had filmed or the audience could see?
02:11 No.
02:12 I think-- yeah, sure.
02:16 We've seen a lot of cool action scenes,
02:19 but we haven't really experienced
02:21 what it feels like to have disassociative identity
02:25 disorder.
02:26 That's a much more new thing.
02:31 Yeah, there's tons of great fight choreographers out there.
02:33 There's tons of interesting ways to shoot fight scenes.
02:35 And there is something that's visceral and exciting
02:37 about that.
02:39 Of course, there's room for that.
02:40 But I thought this very clever thing that Muhammad
02:45 developed in the script, it's so visceral.
02:50 The feeling of it, it's just such a different thing
02:53 that I think it was a really smart way of doing it.
02:56 It was obviously a good way of being
02:58 able to show violence without it really going to that place,
03:04 to be able to go darker without having to cut corners
03:10 with all that different stuff.
03:11 So I don't know.
03:12 I found it to be just really smart.
03:15 All right, go ahead.
03:16 You're in.
03:17 Cheers, thanks a lot.
03:23 All right.
03:23 With you two, your co-stars, what's
03:26 your favorite memory of each other on set?
03:28 I was wondering if you could share that with us.
03:29 I feel like we were always just having fun, right, Oscar?
03:35 I liked when we were all inside the tomb
03:37 and inside the Pyramid of Giza.
03:41 And it's towards the end.
03:43 You'll see.
03:43 It's like we were shooting the big finale.
03:46 I guess I just revealed that it happens at the Pyramid of Giza.
03:48 But come on, you can kind of feel
03:51 that it's going towards there.
03:53 And we just like--
03:54 you, me, and Eaths just started doing a little dancing.
03:57 I was in my Moon Knight costume.
03:59 And that was really fun.
04:00 That was really fun.
04:01 I picked Oscar's butt at ping pong all the time.
04:07 Moon Knight is a show that I'm digging so much.
04:10 I love it.
04:11 It's my favorite Disney MCU show so far.
04:14 And Oscar, from one ethnically ambiguous weirdo to another,
04:18 you inspire me all the time.
04:20 It was an honor to speak with you both today.
04:22 Thank you.
04:23 I'll carry our banner.
04:24 Yes, let's do it.
04:26 I like that Mr. Knight's eyes lit up back there.
04:28 Cool, right?
04:29 Yeah.
04:29 So I have the whole get up now.
04:31 So--
04:32 You are set for Halloween.
04:35 I am.
04:35 I am.
04:36 It must be very difficult.
04:38 The voices in your head.
04:41 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:44 There's chaos in you.
04:47 Embrace it.
04:48 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:51 (whooshing)
04:54 (door slams)
