00:14 Since yesterday, Makati's Yellow cards are now without a visa

00:21 that is being held by the residents of Embo Barangay,

00:23 except if they are employed by the Makati City Government.

00:26 This is in accordance with the Supreme Court's order that Makati is no longer included in the city.

00:33 As for the residents of Embo Barangay,

00:35 Makati City Government has given them health care and maintenance medicine

00:39 as well as for hypertension and diabetes.

00:42 Their bill is also free in Makati Hospital,

00:45 Barangay Health Center, Satellite Laboratory and other facilities

00:48 if it does not exceed P5,000.

00:51 If it exceeds P5,000, they will only be paid P500.

00:55 Even the Blue Card of the senior citizens who live in Embo Barangay

00:59 is now without a visa.

01:01 That is why they are no longer free from the fines in Makati

01:04 and Makati City Hall will no longer give them cake every birthday
