David Warner took to social media to ask for his missing backpack which held his Baggy Greens, an item that is very sentimental to any Aussie cricketer.
Transcript
00:00 Hi everyone, Dave Warner here.
00:02 Unfortunately this is my last resort to do this,
00:05 but a couple of days ago our bags got freighted via Qantas.
00:09 We've gone through CCTV footage.
00:12 They've got some blind spots apparently.
00:15 We spoke to the Key West Hotel, who we absolutely trust
00:19 and have gone through their cameras.
00:21 No one's come into our rooms.
00:22 But unfortunately someone has taken my backpack
00:24 out of my actual luggage,
00:26 which had my backpack and my girl's presents in there.
00:29 Inside this backpack was my bag of greens.
00:32 That's sentimental to me.
00:34 It's something that I would love to have back
00:36 in my hands, walking out there come this week.
00:39 If it's the backpack that you really wanted,
00:41 I have a spare one here.
00:43 You won't get into trouble.
00:44 Please reach out to Cricket Australia or myself
00:46 via my social media.
00:48 I'm happy to give this to you if you return my bag of greens.
00:51 Thank you.
