00:42 While the three Philippine Navy ships were patrolling in the west Philippine Sea,

00:49 two Chinese warships were in the air in the distance.

00:53 This happened while the Philippine ships were in formation to meet the ships of America for the second joint maritime patrol in the west Philippine Sea.

01:03 We follow certain policy guidelines.

01:05 We call this as the rules of engagement.

01:07 So this is our bible in ensuring that in the event of a disruptive,

01:11 at the same time dangerous maneuvers from any other countries,

01:15 we'll be obliged to follow this one.
