00:26 Yeah, I mean, it's feeling better. I think certain certain movements bother more than others.
00:33 There's some things that I can do and there's some areas where I have totally normal strength.
00:37 You know, it's functional and all that. But in certain positions, it does get a little bit.
00:41 There's some aggravation, but that's getting better every day.
00:44 But it's still like to see that go down a little bit more.
