00:04 Northern Trains has announced the return of its huge flash sale on tickets.
00:09 Journeys across the North, including in and around Manchester, will be available for just
00:14 £1 and can be purchased to start a journey from both Manchester, Victoria and Piccadilly.
00:20 Eighteen businesses in Manchester have been given a food hygiene rating of zero according
00:24 to the Food Standards Agency.
00:27 The food hygiene rating scheme is a joint venture between the Food Standards Agency
00:31 and local authorities, which in this case is Manchester City Council.
00:36 And finally, another Manchester restaurant has announced it will be closing its doors.
00:41 Cottonopolis in the Northern Quarter has been serving up Japanese food and cocktails for
00:45 eight years, but will be closing up shop and reopening early this year as a new food and
00:50 drink venue.
