00:06 In fact, record colds and snow to the north,
00:09 milder temperatures to the south,
00:11 plus widespread flooding.
00:14 And this has all been tied to Storm Hank.
00:16 Portions of England, France, and Germany
00:18 are dealing with flooding after the storm has swept through
00:20 with heavy rain and strong winds.
00:23 At least one person died in the storm
00:25 after a tree fell onto a car in southwest England.
00:28 So Storm Hank has ended, but more rainfall
00:31 is expected to end the work week in southern parts of Europe.
