00:25 Covid where we knew that there might be people who didn't know where to ask for help so we put

00:30 together a letter last night we've been delivering those to as many of the properties as we can get

00:34 to just saying you know the community hall's open for teas and coffees, helpline telephone

00:39 numbers those sorts of things.
