00:00 How does it feel to be here tonight presenting at the Golden Globes?
00:02 It feels great, what an honor, it feels amazing. I mean, I just love being around all these talented people, it's so fun.
00:08 See them all in one room, hanging out, having a good time, winning awards, they're throwing awards out, it's great.
00:13 What's a movie you saw this year, this past year, that you especially loved?
00:17 Well, you know, I loved Barbie. I saw that with my wife and I didn't know what to expect.
00:24 I knew it was going to be great because I love those actors and I love Greta.
00:27 I knew it was going to be great, but I didn't expect it to be that stylized.
00:30 Somehow, I don't know why I didn't expect that. But also, I mean, that was like laugh out loud funny at times.
00:36 Really funny, I mean, what a movie. Yeah, that's a standout for me, I think.
00:41 I could see you playing a Ken in a future Barbie movie. I just envisioned it right now, how do you feel about that?
00:46 I feel great about that. I mean, I would make the time for that, that would be great.
00:50 I just, what a great time that would be, singing and dancing and hooting and hollering, that'd be fun.
00:55 Now, you have a new show coming up. Can you tell me a little bit about it?
00:58 Yeah, Tracker. My new show premieres right after the Super Bowl on CBS. Good spot.
01:06 What a time slot, I was going to say.
01:07 It's a great time slot. We don't know exactly what time it's going to be after the Super Bowl,
01:11 but as soon as the Super Bowl is over, it will premiere.
01:14 My character, I developed this with Ken Olin a few years ago.
01:19 There's a book called The Never Game by Jeffrey Deaver, and he wrote this book about this character,
01:23 Colter Shaw, who had parents that, well, his father in particular, kind of went a little extreme with his childhood,
01:32 went a little bit, you know, he's paranoid, took everybody off the grid, and they become survivalists.
01:37 And Colter now, as an adult, uses all those skills to go around the country and help people out,
01:41 find missing persons and missing objects and solve cases and things like that.
01:46 So each episode is sort of its own story?
01:48 We've got both. We've got each episode is kind of its own story, and then also throughout the series,
01:53 you start to learn a little bit more about Colter, his past.
01:55 There's a bunch of mysteries that involve his family that he's not even aware of.
01:59 You know, he sort of unpacks that as the series goes on.
02:01 It's very, very interesting. Sort of like a thriller, mystery, action show.
02:06 We're excited to see it. And something from you on TV that we haven't really seen before.
02:10 Yeah, it's good for me because it's a different kind of character, and I think it's good for me also as an actor,
02:17 as a producer, to build something that I haven't seen that character at all before.
02:22 It's such a unique character, so it's good in every way.
02:25 Now, this is the party that kicks off awards season.
02:28 After the show tonight, are you headed to an after party or are you just heading home?
02:31 I'm... Well, I have to work tomorrow.
02:34 Yeah, so I might have to get on a flight or something, but yeah, I'll try to hit one.
02:38 I'll try to hit one. I mean, come on. It's a... It's a Golden Globes. You've got to go to one, right?
