00:18 The tariff predicts significant discounts.

00:21 The price and the cost of heating are about 35%. It's quite a lot and it will be felt by all our recipients.

00:33 How will it affect the residents themselves, the blocks, because we don't have a say in it as an enterprise,

00:44 given that the recipients of heat are the community, the residential units,

00:51 which, on their own terms, are dealing with their residents, the tenants.

00:58 I asked the President to talk to the presidents of large communities on this subject.
