00:05 I thought the game was getting better and better at the moment. I thought the boys were
00:08 superb. It was tough conditions, the pitch was cutting up a little bit but I think we're
00:12 pretty disappointed we've only scored the five. I think we had two or three one-on-ones
00:16 towards the back end of the game but the pleasing thing is that we're creating lots and lots
00:20 of chances now and Jacob obviously rounded off his hat-trick. It was superb today. I
00:24 think overall the staff are really happy. The group are buzzing and they're chomping
00:29 to get into the next game. But we said afterwards we don't want to get too carried away. There's
00:34 a lot of work to do but we're in a good position and moments like this we should enjoy.
00:39 Definitely. Great hat-trick from Jacob, really, really good. Just thinking going back a month
00:46 before now, we played teams like Ascot and Ashford Town. We couldn't really get through
00:51 and then we played a team like Hartley Whitney today who were only two places below us before
00:56 this game started. They scored five goals. What do you think the difference has been
00:59 in the past month that we are scoring so many more goals?
01:02 We've tinkered with the formation a little bit to allow us to get more bodies up the
01:05 pitch. But I think we've been consistent all the way through the season. Sometimes we haven't
01:11 performed amazingly well but enough to win games. At the moment the chances are coming
01:16 along and we're taking the chances. I've watched the last two games on the video and we're
01:24 getting bodies behind the ball and we have to and defending and making tackles and the
01:28 organisation defensively has been superb. But at the same time we're getting bodies
01:32 in the box and getting service in the box. So, at both ends of the pitch we're doing
01:36 very, very well. The group are getting closer and closer and when you see them when times
01:42 get a little bit tough for them, they're all sticking by each other, they're all digging
01:45 in and sometimes just grinding out results. So, the balance of the group at the moment
01:49 is excellent. The football they're playing is superb. The attitude of the group and the
01:54 work rates are first class at the moment. We're halfway through the season, there's
01:59 a long way to go. But like I say, if you had told me we'd be in and around the playoffs
02:04 just after Christmas, we'd be over the moon with that. It's important now we just focus
02:08 on the next game and keep the train rolling as they say. So, we're really, really pleased.
